"Terrible experience. Booked vrbo room thru expedia, belvilla was host, was denied room when I arrived even though I followed all directions and presented voucher, building manager claimed all reservations for that building had been cancelled the morning of check in to accomodate a group that wanted to extend their stay. Contacted vrbo, who were unable to contact host. Can't get refund until billing posts on my key one account. Had to find another room at 10 at night. Emailed host with no...

"We've never stayed at this type of place before, so we weren't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be an amazing place with an attentive host. Climate control and facilities were better than expected. Very close proximity to restaurants and an easy walk to the train station. With limited options in Bryn Mawr, we'll definitely be staying here again."
