"Thank you for a very pleasant stay. I have stay at the Days Inn several times now and it's always been a pleasure. It's in a very convenient area for shopping and its just outside the main area for it to be quiet. I love it and am looking forward to another trip. Thank you again"
"The staff lacks as they are not really there to work. The hallways definitely could use a cleaning on the carpets. My room was clean as it was a newer updated room. Very safe and near downtown. "
"We will definitely be back the next time we visit the Smoky Mountains. The property is clean, super inexpensive and the staff were really nice and accommodating. Understand that this is an older hotel, but it has a lot of vintage vacation charm. It’s like something from the 1980’s.
The beds were comfortable and the water was hot. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge,which was very useful. We stopped at Aldi in Pigeon Forge and stocked up on bread,cheese and drinks to offset the high prices...

"As someone who has been in hospitality for 25 years and currently works at the number one treehouse resort in America that is a five-star experience, I was absolutely thrilled with this hotel.
