"Property was very clean and nicely decorated. There isn’t really a living room to hang out. Very difficult for 3 adults to all hang out together. When I booked I was more concerned about the sleeping area so I assumed there was a living room. The guest suite is in the basement of home in a nice neighborhood."

"Celebrated my son’s HS graduation with my father-in-law along for the adventure, Joe’s townhouse is super convenient to Thayer Gate and eating establishments along Main St. Grill worked well and the beds made for sound slumber. For mixed company an extra half bath might be desired, but 3 guys who know each other well managed just fine. The basement washer & dryer are top of line."

"The host was very accommodating. Check in and check out process was very smooth. The home is beautiful, cozy and filled with many household items and games! The rooms were comfortable and spacious! "This house is so big and beautiful we called it our chateau for the weekend. 6 families, 12 adults and 12 kids under the age of 8 stayed here for a long weekend. The place was perfect. It fit all of us comfortably. The pool and tennis court were a huge hit. The house was clean and set up perfect for families. Would 100 percent go back!"
