"Exceeded expectations!Words don't do justice to the experience we enjoyed at "Water's Edge" - this lakehouse is AWESOME! The house is BIG (3 levels means lots of space for extended families). There is so much to do onsite (the dock, kayaks, basketball, ping pong, relaxing, grilling, TONS of board games and yard games too). And the location is great because it's on the same side as Greenwood proper (which means easy access to Publix, Chickfila, Outback, The Mall, and more). We enjoyed the dock...

"Our son was married at Enchanted Acres in Greenwood, SC. The Lakefront Estate allowed us to enjoy the company of 16 Family and Friends for the nights extending from the night before the rehearsal & dinner to the Wedding and Brunch the next day. There were 6 bedrooms and 5-1/2 baths which worked well for our party of 16. The Estate has everything you need from a large family room with tables to play games and a well equipped kitchen. "This is a fairly new property in development stage, but its peace and somewhat secluded away from boating and lake activities, like a cove to yourself. There is an abundance of wildlife to share the property, nothing to worry much about, after all it is on the water. If you bring a boat, please take your time backing to boat ramp, it's a blindside back and 4wd wound be helpful to have as part of the ramp is gravel. The peninsula with the fire pit is a great spot under the trees to relax...

"Lake house is in a great location and big enough for large gatherings. We had fun cooking in the kitchen and lounging at the dock after a full day of Jeeping at nearby Gulches. Good restaurants with a short drive. It’s clean and well kept. "

"The treehouse is a very short walk through the forest from the parking spot. It only takes a minute, but the treehouse is tucked just behind the trees. It feels nice & secluded. Our family of 4 squeezed into the 2 beds. It was very cozy, and a lot of fun. We enjoyed smores around the campfire and meals eaten iutside at the picnic table. The bathroom is rather spacious considering the overall size of the place. It was a lovely little trip into nature"
