The Parlor Two~ Renovated milking Parlor on a working farm with cows and horses~

About this space
Needing a place of quietness to get away and unwind? Our Place is ideal for relaxation, sit on the porch & watch horses and cows graze as you soak up the sunset views! It will comfortably sleep 4 adults but if you have 1 or 2 more and need a floor mattress, just ask! There's a fully stocked kitchen if you care to cook in and nearby restaurants for dining out. We are less than 10 min to Abbeville, 12 min to Due West, & 17 min. to Diamond Hill Mine.

The space
The Parlor Two is our 2nd apartment (hence the name! :) in the farms actual former milking parlor, renovated fully and new in April, 2023. No worries, you'll have the place to yourself as our son occupies the first apartment and has a busy work schedule so you likely won't hear or see much of him.

With open fields, roads to walk, and animals to see, it'll truly be a place to relax. Our Golden Retriever, Mia, will no doubt meet you with a friendly wag and a rock in her mouth, begging you to throw it for her. (Ignore her if you wish!) We live right across the yard but you'll have plenty of privacy to come and go at your leisure.

Our space offers a kitchen/living great room, two private bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with bunk beds. The bathroom has a tub/shower.

We have a Smart TV in the Living room which you can use to sign into your own account such as Netflix, Hulu, You Tube TV and etc.

There is parking designated for your stay. Once you enter our driveway, straight ahead and a slight right is the paved parking lot for the parlor.

Other things to note
We prefer no smoking but if you must, please refrain from it less than 20 feet from any buildings. By request, we will gladly accommodate late checkouts if there are no new guests coming in the day you leave.
