"The girls that work at the front desk are so kind and so helpful. They go out of their way to make your state pleasant in any way possible. Had a situation arise from an Expedia booking, and the young lady took care of the problem, even though it was booked through Expedia."

"The Sleep Inn is a real gem! Sal, the manager was attentive, friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean, quiet and peaceful. The motel is set back from the road and backs onto a forested area, so instead of traffic noise, we could open the window, hear the birds and see the trees. Really nice! The location It is also very close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We will definitely stay at this lovely family run motel again."

"The front desk was great at check-in. He was courteous and helpful. Only negative during our stay was finding a rolled up sock (not ours) under a chair."

"Unfortunately, the carpets were wet when I walked in the room. I got my socks, all wet and it stunk. I did try calling, but there was no answer at the front desk. Unfortunately, by the time they called me back I’ve already lied down and fell asleep after driving many hours. I’ve stayed at this property quite a few times. This is the first time I’ve had an issue, but I probably won’t return."

"It’s a large hotel, I liked many things. I liked that the lobby is large and spaced out with seating scattered throughout. The customer service desk staff were great too, super friendly and eager to help. The room we got was 2 queen beds, was also large, it was like it had its own entrance lobby just for your coats and shoes. "I take responsibility for not looking closer when I booked the room, but I was disappointed that the "whirlpool" tub was not jetted. I was really looking forward to a jetted tub, and not a big ol' bathtub. That is the reason for my rating. It was a lovely large suite, but nothing really special. "Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"
