"Door didnt lock in the back so you didnt need your keycard to get in the building and had access to the rooms. Unsafe. Dryer didnt work and they couldnt just exhange it. They offered to switch rooms, but with a baby and an animal, i chose to stay in the room I was already in. Breakfast was more of a leftovers snack bar. Bread, dry cereal, yogurt. Thats not breakfast. "

"Be careful in the showers! Very slick. My granddaughter slipped and fell twice. One of the times she split her forehead and needed stitches in the ER. When I mentioned what happened to the front desk staff they said they do have non-slip mats, but that they would bring it up to the general manager. The two days we were there the water never got hot, barely lukewarm. The breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of options. "

"Check in was slow. Only one attendant and people waited 15 to 20 minutes to check in. There was only one other person in front of me and and it took 15 minutes. Later I saw the check in line out the door of the lobby. Seemed an additional employee would have been a solution if possible.
Pool was next door and that was a surprise as the weather was still cool.
Room was adequate."

"The bathroom floor was dirty when I arrived. There was hair on the floor and dirt on it. I cleaned it up myself instead of calling the staff because I arrived at 1 am. Other than that it was fine! "

"The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room....
dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on...
