"Beautiful location with good amenities and easy access into the town. Short drive to studland beaches. A good, well-stocked shop with friendly staff. Refreshments/food good and good value. The Glamping tents are comfortable and had plenty of room for me and my three children. Would definitely go back and would recommend."

"Light spacious apartment with fantastic view over Swanage and the sea. Easy access for lots of excursions. We enjoyed our stay here, couldn’t stop looking out at the view!"

"I went for a midweek break. Very clean, comfortable, bedding provided. Carol friendly and helpful. I stayed in top apartment (6) which is 4 short flights of stairs. Partial sea view from lounge. 2 mins walk downhill to beach. "

"Spacious and well laid out accommodation. Well equipped and comfortable. Ground floor accommodation with great accessibility. Only negatives were that heating was way too hot and couldn’t control, showers cycled randomly from boiling hot to cold and a lot of negative instruction signs telling us what not to do or couldn’t do gave it a bit of a negative feel."

"Stayed at this amazing property at rathet last minute and will most definitely book again.This ground floor apartment is incredible... hosts are amazing, providing great detail, supplying and indepth welcome pack, supplying towels and the like, plus a few essentials including a welcomed bottle of fizz Location is fantastic, very private and not overlooked whilst only being a 15min walk into swanage high street (although note its a steep walk back)Clean venue, well decorated and has lots to...

"What a great place for visiting Studland and the Purbecks. Plenty of things to do, even when it rains. The house is perfect for a family and dogs. The children loved the bunk beds and the park over the road. The garden is pretty and secure for the dogs. There is an elegant patio area for outside dining.We love visiting here"

"The house wasn't available to us after we'd booked it and so the holiday rentals offered us an alternative stay. The team were very communicative and very helpful and we still had a wonderful stay. Location was great to explore the area and the house had everything we needed for a short stay and to accomodate 7 of us. Thank you, I would definitely recommend."

"Communication with Julia was both prompt and friendly before our visit. The Dolphins is a great home by sea and worked perfectly for us as a multi generational family holiday. There was everything we needed. Garden amazing! Beds comfy, lots of toys and games, very clean and lots of little extras you don’t often find in rented holiday homes. Thanks Julia. We would love to explore the area more so could well be back in the future."
