"We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gettysburg. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained that made our visit enjoyable. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh, hot choices to start the day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gettysburg."

"Our stay at the hotel turned out to be more than what we had expected. The room and the ground were clean. Location is close to several restaurants. . The breakfast was quite adequate and even there was an espresso machine for a great coffee in the morning. This will be the place we will stay the next time we are in Gettysburg. And we intend to come back to cover the parts we missed at the National Park. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for running a great operation."

"The staff was incredibly helpful. We wanted to know about things to do in the area and the clerk went out of his way to find us information. The room was spacious and clean. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. Also nice having a Starbucks on site. We attended the dinner with Lincoln which was very nice. The food was good and hearing him was enjoyable."

"We stayed in the General George Meade room which was located in the Main House- a key location next to the pantry (espresso & Keurig coffee, teas, treats...) and a half bath near pantry (key if you need an extra bathroom!) and lobby and kitchen. The room was spacious, very clean, soft towels, and COMFORTABLE BED, good size shower, great shower head pressure, 2 pillow types to choose from, LOVELY decor and "peace and quiet" only 2 miles from downtown. The location is excellent—it's close to the major Gettysburg attractions and within walking distance of the Gettysburg Outlets, including stores like Adidas, Talbots, Under Armour, and others. The rooms were also clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Calling it a "buffet" is generous—it wouldn't even qualify as a basic continental breakfast. There was no fresh fruit or even canned fruit at all, the yogurt selection was...

"We stayed one night at this property. It was not very clean. There were socks left in the floor, I’m assuming from prior guests. The property itself needed cleaning. The waffle batter was sour. I would not stay here again."
