Welcome to this charming and completely private detached duplex house, ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Dijon. Nestled in a quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle, it combines the charm of exposed beams with modern comfort. Enjoy a private terrace without vis-à-vis, air conditioning, as well as a King Size XL bed of 180 × 200 cm. Two bicycles are available free of charge. Restaurants, shops and emblematic sites are within walking distance.

The accommodation
The house can accommodate up to 4 guests.

On the first floor, you will enjoy a pleasant living space with living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and direct access to the terrace.
The living room has a large XL TV and a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people.
Upstairs is the bedroom, equipped with a King Size XL bed 180 x 200 cm. An office space is also at your disposal.
A real island of freshness, the house is equipped with reversible air conditioning on the first floor as well as in the bedroom. Blackout blinds are present on each level for optimal comfort.
Cleaning fees, bed linen and towels are included in the price displayed. No additional cleaning fee is charged.

Traveller access
Travellers have exclusive access to the entire accommodation as well as to the outdoor terrace, which are fully privatised during their stay.
Parking is possible on the street (paid zones according to the regulations in force).
Several public and underground parking lots are available nearby, including the Trémouille parking lot located about 8 minutes away on foot.
The accommodations are easily accessible from Dijon-Ville train station (20 minutes walk). And the historic centre is a 3-minute walk away.

Other remarks
The bedroom is located upstairs and is accessible by a charming interior wooden staircase equipped with a banister and metal supports ensuring a comfortable and safe ascent.

As in many character houses in the historic centre, the staircase has a slightly steeper slope than a modern staircase.

All the living rooms, the shower room and the terrace are on the first floor; only access to the room is upstairs.

A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge on request for young children.
