Outside light on all night lighting up the room even with curtains closed. In the morning no heating until 0645. Tried to have a hot shower, no hot water despite running water for 5 minutes. "

I asked Expedia to find out if breakfast was available but they could not get an answer and just referred me to the description which says it is.
