"A reasonable hotel with a good restaurant. Very good food available in the dining room, staff helpful and pleasant. A lack of heating and hot water marred our stay (in November) but otherwise good"

"This was the perfect place to stay for a special event at nearby Wymondham College. I was warmly (well, it was during the heatwave!) and cheerfully greeted by Tracey. My room was clean, well-prepared and provided me with all the facilities I required. It was extremely competitively priced. My thanks to the staff concerned for their part in a really memorable weekend."

"My favourite East Anglian hotel - recently refurbished, just as friendly and welcoming. As usual there were all sorts here, it's a proper 'local' - good food, good beer, good cheer! Lots of interesting opinions - all topical issues covered and easily overheard. The bar has two tellies now, and I enjoyed watching the end of an ODI (Sri Lanka won), and then some Happy Valley with mein hosts. "The house was spacious and cosy. Plenty of outdoor space for the children to play. Plenty of games to play, lots of butterflies and bees and swings in the trees. Shame the ponds were dried up because of the heat but the areas are lovely. An amazing holiday for our family. Thank you."

"A beautiful thatched pub in the Suffolk countryside with original features and delicious breakfast"

"Enjoyed the lunch"

"Proper country pub great food and ale and quiet location"

"Everything you could need and ask for. Perfect location if your going to Snetterton circuit"

"I booked this property because it acepts dogs. When I arrived the owner was quite horrible with me about my dog. Apparently you need to state about your dog coming even though the website doesn't state that! Poor communication and as a paying customer I was put off by the owners attitudes "
