"Secure parking. Emailed back initially with no response but called emergency number to inform them about lack of supplies. Sent that day. Cleaning was spotty. Our family rented 3 different units during our stay with similar issues of hair and stains. They did send a maid when we complained to make it right. All- in all comfortable beds, convenient to the hospital "

"Accommodations were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Kathy was a wonderful host - responsive throughout the process and really went above and beyond to help with an unexpected last minute luggage “crisis”. Kathy’s home will be first on our list for return trips. Thank you!!! "

"The property was listed as two beds. There is one bed that is more like a full size cot; not really appropriate for two adults. The other bed that is listed is an air mattress that is offered by request. I don’t consider that a real bed when renting a rather expensive place to stay. Other things to note is you have to pick up the key to the place in a lock box that is nearly two miles away, which isn’t convenient - particularly on busy weekends. Also, there was quite a bit street noise...
