This hotel is not a five-star property. It does not look as glorious in person as it does in the pictures. The room was marginally clean. The staff are useless. At the price point, they should provide breakfast for free, but they are content to nickel and dime you for everything. I ordered room service, and I’m pretty sure the slop they brought me was from the buffet. I couldn’t manage to eat it. Nothing about the property was inviting. And to make matters worse, I was in a room that overlooked the hotel’s hvac. They should sharply discount such rooms because there is nothing pleasant about being in the mountains and overlooking industrial equipment. The wifi sucks. This wouldn’t be as much of a problem if the property was actually a pleasant place to relax. Unfortunately it is not. The experience was so horrible that I checked out after one day even though I paid for three nights. Oh, and the towels are threadbare.

Great views from very comfortable rooms. Buffet food was good as was afternoon tea and snacks on roof terrace.Dining staff excellent and eager to help. Thank you.

Please add correct contact details on Expedia. Instructions on Expedia and what property expects wasn’t the same. Expedia had card details and said payment at property . Property contacted us a week before booking date and said of full payment not made immediately, booking will be cancelled . Payment mode was most inconvenient as the QR code provided didn’t allow full payment. Unnecessarily stressful to sort. Please provide all information as per property policy when booking confirmation is sent.

Amazing view from the balcony. Staff was super friendly. I felt so thrilled to receive welcome with garland and super delicious herbal tea. Breakfast was having so many options. I spent 6 nights while working remotely, it was absolutely a great experience. Although it was a bit costly

Overall a good property and we had a comfortable stay. Great views from high up in the mountains. Food was good but not great. Main complaint is that the staff are very timid and soft spoken, with very limited English or Hindi skills. Also the bedding is quite old.

As most of the reviews have mentioned, the hotel has beautiful views of the valleys. Its nice and refreshing to wake up looking at the views in the morning. You feel invited to the property and the staff is helpful. The access road is terrible and there is no restaurant within walking distance. The hotel does try to sell dining/breakfast package which are quite steep. Also, their breakfast and dining menu prices are very expensive. I would have liked the hotel to have reasonable dining price since there is no nearby eating options other than driving to town. The kids enjoyed the game room. The property has only one elevator which at times is slow. But we liked the food in the restaurant and the location and views trumps everything else. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Service made up for minor issues like lack of decent gym, bathroom being super slippery, no refrigerator, temp control in room. It was v peaceful place; did not have mosquitos etc.

The lobby is very impressive and the restaurant is good. Food is tasty and diverse. But… the rooms were not as expected, no elevator and there was a lot of noise from one floor beneath which is some kind of quarters for employees. The billing for the staying is one big mess! All in handwriting, like we are at the 19 century… I wasted a lot of time in setting the bill. Eventually they found a mistake, and now all over again. Also the gym is not maintained and some machines doesn’t function well or doesn’t function at all. Long story short - nice place, but i am sure that there are better options around…

The road to the resort is horrible. Otherwise the view from room is amazing and the resort is very nice.

They made a great welcome with flowers etc. The room and surrounding was decorated nicely. Staff was very courtious especially Kala and Keiren. Food was excellant very family friendly so much so that they left children touch the buufet food and put it back, which is very unhealthy. they should make it clear that the parents supervise the children. Unfortunately it rained both days, couldnt go anywhere but the cooking show by the cheff was great and tasteful.
