"We loved the location as it was away from everyone and completely private. Still close enough that we had no problem golfing, biking, boating and going to Dinosaur National Monument. The home was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies and beds. Host was very responsive to all our inquiries. With a large group like ours, 9 adults and 7 children, another bathroom would be nice and eating dinner required a few to eat in chairs with no table. But those were minor items and on the whole we had a...

"It was a very peaceful stay. The home was everything we expected. Quaint and welcoming with first floor laundry, newer appliances, comfortable furniture. We loved the rock garden in front. The bathroom was small but we managed. The fenced back yard was great for the dog. All in all, we really enjoyed ourselves. In fact, two of our party are wondering if the house might be for sale any time soon. "

"It is a fine place to say. Despite the 4 check in time on the listing, we could not get in till 5. Too many barking dogs in the neighborhood all hours of the night. Not good! Minimal kitchen stuff. But very clean and roomy. "
