"they needed more photos of the upstairs living area. It was large and has a pull out bed. It was even nicer than the pics. My only negative was that in the bathroom you could go outside at night and see in. The bathroom has 2 windows; one had a covering on it but at night you could see through it a little. "Everything about this place was awesome. It was located in a nice, quiet part of town. The amenities were all in good working condition, except for the fireplace. It seemed that the fireplace did not work. However, considering the condition of everything else in the room, I'm sure that if the fireplace is broken, it will be fixed for the next guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay."

"Our family of 6 came (3 kids) came for the weekend to explore the Dinosaur Monument and state parks. It was fantastic! Location is perfect, 5 bedrooms and 2 living spaces for everyone to spread out was wonderful. Full kitchen, laundry, back porch with a view, couldn’t have been better. Super clean and tidy, definitely would stay again!"

"It was a very peaceful stay. The home was everything we expected. Quaint and welcoming with first floor laundry, newer appliances, comfortable furniture. We loved the rock garden in front. The bathroom was small but we managed. The fenced back yard was great for the dog. All in all, we really enjoyed ourselves. In fact, two of our party are wondering if the house might be for sale any time soon. "

"#1 - If you're looking for a "luxury" place, that would be in Vernal, UT., not Dinosaur My assumption: this place was a hotel and it's being flipped into a VRBO by adding kitchens to the rooms. The work isn't done yet. There were cables/wires coming out of the walls, lights that weren't working, dirty floors, and the dishes in the kitchen all had a thick cover of dust. The room was supposed to have a/c, but it didn't, and that area gets very hot for much of the year. I called the mgr to ask...
