"Bed comfortable, had our own little deck out the back of our room with a view of Seneca Lake. The room was cozy and good communication with the owner on day of our arrival. Highly recommend this facility. "

"My husband and I have stayed at this cabin three times now and it never disappoints! The location is perfect! Close to many nearby activities but away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed going to the Windmill, Oak Hill, a couple wineries, we went kayaking and fishing! It was a great weekend! Will definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed here with my family and grandpup for a little more than week. Perfect location. We enjoyed the cool mornings and evenings on the porch. Super clean, spacious property, responsive host, well stocked kitchen. A short walk or drive to Seneca Lake boat dock. Near many local attractions. Very relaxing and perfect for a family getaway! Our first time at the Fingerlakes. We all agreed we would return!"

"This cute apartment is conveniently located right in town by the coffee shop, restaurants and shopping. The listing says sheets provided, the confirmation email says linens not provided and the owner confirmed we needed to bring our own linens but a hairdryer was provided. We flew in and made extra room for our linens and left our hairdryer at home only to find out all linens were provided but no hairdryer. We were told to go to back door and given the code, code wasn’t working because we were...

"We had an enjoyable stay. Location was convenient, walking distance to downtown and within 15 minutes of a half dozen wineries. We were surprised how much we liked Penn Yan as a community. We had five couples so the 5 bedrooms worked great and the ample parking and yard space accommodated us well. Hot tub was a nice added feature.
