Stay in the center of everything that the Finger Lakes has to offer - wineries, breweries, sightseeing, boating and much more! This classic two-story lake house features a spacious, 180 degree lake-view living room, leading to a 14x20 foot deck overlooking Seneca Lake. Three bedrooms provide lots of room for friends and family - 1 King bed room, 1 Double bed room, and 1 with a queen and 2 single twins. Two full baths, both with shower/tub combo, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen. Wi-fi, linens and towels provided.

The private beachfront provides tons of room for gathering and relaxing, with a swimming area and dock. You can launch your boat from the owner's private boat launch right next door. Gather around the firepit for late night cheer and s'mores (roasting sticks provided). The large backyard has space for lawn games or hanging out under the canopy.

With two restaurants (open seasonally) within close walking distance, you may never have to cook! But if you feel like grilling out, there is a gas grill. The kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils, cookware and appliances needed to cook a great meal. Table and chairs are provided on the front deck and back patio so you can enjoy your meals with sunrises or sunsets.
