"Very spacious place for our family"

"The room was not worth the cost. Thankfully we only needed it for 1 night for a wedding nearby but the bed was awful. Check in was confusing, it was at the bar. We could deal with it being less eye appealing if the price matched it. Would not recommend. "

"The house had everything we needed and if we needed to get away from each other there was plenty of spaces we could use. Kept clean and tidy. We cooked our meals and we did miss a dishwasher but we figured that was what husbands were for!! Great memories Thanks "

I felt it was abit over priced for a basic room especially during Reno’s The front desk staff were not very friendly when we checked The beds were very comfy and the breakfast was good with lots of choices. The coffe was the best we’ve had at a hotel buffet. "

"Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure."

"We had a great stay overall. The staff was genuinely accommodating and very friendly, which made a big difference. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, tasty, and well organized. The pool was a bit on the cold side, and the jacuzzi jets were very strong (definitely more “hydro-massage” than relaxing soak). That said, everything was working, clean, and well maintained. Despite those minor points, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’d happily come back"
