  • Unit #1- Fully stocked kitchen. Sliding glass door to outside deck that has table and chairs. Outdoor grill on deck. Fire pit available upon request, firewood available at stand at road. Quiet setting. Silver Lake within walking distance via the public beach that has kayak docks to use (kayaks not provided). Letchworth State Park just minutes away. Parking for 2 vehicles. Towels NOT provided. Added fee of $20 per night for pet. Over 2 adults will have a $20 per night charge. Parking for 2 cars. Code for the keyless entry will be sent via email 1-2 days prior to your arrival.

Bed was comfortable and clean, patio furniture clean, kitchen and bathroom clean, a full size blanket would have been helpful for cold evening we were there. I liked the sliding patio door for fresh air. Quiet neighborhood.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and every time has been perfect. The property is clean, cozy and exactly as described. Excellent communication and easy access to the property. Due to this we wouldn't hesitate to return in the future!

I needed a quiet, clean, cozy place to stay near the lake. This absolutely fit the bill. Easy to get to, easy to enter, immaculate, comfortable bed and furnishings, very quiet. I will return when I’m in the area.

Great location

Loved the location. It's a small space, lots of windows for natural sunlight, the public beach just a few steps away, great for walking the neighbor good. We stayed for the eclipse and watched it from the public beach, amazing views. Would definitely stay again.

Wi-Fi is slow, but you aren't vacationing near Letchworth right if you need Wi-Fi anyway. Our water ran out after two days, and we tried to conserve on showers. Location is great for access to anywhere in Letchworth about 15-20 minutes drive. Limited gas for heat and cooking, but not a problem if you go in the summer. Parking was easy and enough for two vehicles if need be. Easy access to silver lake. Communication with hosts was very efficient and they were very responsive.

Perry New York Amazing

This was a dreadful Rainy week. But the stay in our cozy cabin with some local outings was exactly what we needed!! This was a beautiful scenic spot with lots of local amenities! My wife and I were on our 4th anniversary and it turned out awesome thank you!

Communication between the host was great.She answered questions immediately. The overall unit was adequate for 2people. If there would have been more people, supplies in the kitchen would have been lacking. Cleanliness was ok but could have been a little better. There was some deferred maintenance issues but didn’t interfere with our stay. Location is great because you are able to walk to a public access area for viewing of the lake. A/C worked for size of unit.

Perfect weekend get away!

Good stay! Home was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location-just minutes from Letchworth State Park and a short walk to the lake. Be sure to bring your own towels and bedding, as noted. A special bonus during our visit was the local Shakespeare in the Park performance ("Shake by the Lake"), which added a unique and memorable touch to our trip.

Very cute, quiet, relaxing

We were traveling to letchworth state park and found this property. Within 20 minutes to the park. The property was super simple, well kept, easy to find, the property owners are super responsive and pleasant to deal with. We plan on traveling to letchworth state park in the future and plan to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our needs. The hosts responded to all my questions quickly. The unit was just the right size and clean. We didn’t cook in the unit but everything we would have needed was there if we wanted to. We did enjoy cooking out on the grill and having a fire. We did buy a small fan for the bedroom to add more airflow because the ceiling fan was noisy on high. The temps were in the 90’s. The AC kept us comfortable in the livingroom & kitchen. We are planning on coming back and staying here again.
