Very quiet neighborhood and the people we ran into were very friendly. The entire house was clean upon arrival and well stocked. Communication with the owners went very well. "I’d give zero stars if I could. Rooms and hallways were dirty and had a horrible odor, found mouse droppings in bed of two rooms. Hotel staff (which was not in person) was less than helpful. After 3 attempts at a clean room, we left and booked another hotel near by. We did leave something behind and when we returned to get it, the two people who met us were very rude.
