"Room was large but very outdated. Dingy, stained orange couch 70s style that we didn’t go near. Bed and linens fair. Oceanside room but because of dunes, no actual view of water plus window so dirty couldn’t see nothing. Room hot so had window opened, but did not feel safe with a public walking trail right outside. Could hear people right by window. Breakfast room very crowded and had to take food to room to eat. Would not stay here ever again."

"The pool is warm. The location right on the beach is awesome. The staff are super friendly. The hotel is older but very well maintained. The shower head has excellent water pressure. We would definitely stay there again."

"Check-in clerk , though nice, spoke way too softly. Our room was clean and very spacious with two bathrooms and beds. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Coffee maker and coffee was provided in the room. Access to the beach was good. We had a very nice stay."

"There is no ocean view from the room. Maybe our mistake we assumed it was oceanfront or have ocean view. Other than the view hotel was renovated, bathroom was big and you can walk to the beach and restaurants."

"We were pleased with the central location for easy beach and shopping access. Breakfast was ok. Our room faced the river and had a small balcony, which we enjoyed. The outdoor seating with fire pits were a nice touch. The beds were comfy. In all it was a great stay. We stayed 2 days beyond our reservations."

"AI named Jolene told me the condo we were getting was ground level. Nope. It was up 3 flights of concrete stairs on a hill. My elderly mother could not go up them. I had to call hotels all over the region at 10 at night and drive miles away to find something. And it looks like she's out A LOT of money! "

"AC worked good breakfast was ok staff very friendly and helpful finding the property was easy walking distance to downtown and convention center. We would stay here again."

"Great staff from front desk to cleaning and breakfast room staff (friendly and helpful). The pool, spa and sauna are a nice addition. The room was a little dated but well-appointed (robes, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, frig). I also loved the balcony that faced the river. The chowder at 5pm and hot cookies at 2pm were fantastic! The free breakfast was a nice touch too. Ill be back!"

"Clean is room and staffs was friendly, I was able to check in early than 4pm and it was very helpful when traveling with young kids. Breakfast was great but was hoping to have more variety on hot food. Pool is dark and small, water is not so clear, and we only swam one time. Walking distance to other attractions and view is great from the patio. Would like to stay next time."
