"This property is scam. Absolutely dirty, I don’t feel like recommending it. I want my money back. AC didn’t work, leaking water from AC vent. Dirty towel, spiders in bathrooms, broken taps
We were 16 people, and our stay was horrible."

"The property is situated in a peninsula in Kalutara on a road with almost no traffic, a pleasant surprise in such a busy (and wonderful) city. The beach is lovely, but not swimmable because of strong currents.
The room was large and bright. The washroom was clean, and the shower was awesome. It was roomy and had a shower head on the ceiling from which a cascade of water came down. It was great! The bed was very comfortable and had a unique and very effective custom designed mosquito net that...

"Don't do a mistake. Never book this "amazing" Sea view villa. We stayed only 2 nights out of 6 we'd booked just because we had nowhere else to stay. As soon as we found a decent place to stay we left this awful place. First of all the view from our balcony was like in the middle of a building lot. On the edge of our balcony, I mean right next to it - they had massive construction going on. From early morning to 10:30 PM construction was in full swing with all the noise that comes with it. That...

"Nice relaxing location right on the beach, good place to adjust to vacation mood and recover from jet lag.
Not much activity going on, this is a small place with just a few private beach huts, but the outdoor area is beautiful and well maintained and there are a few (enough) options next door to choose for your lunch/dinner spot.
So if you want just to unwind and take it easy, I’d definitely recommend the place for that for a few nights.
BTW, villas have outdoor bathrooms, which was a nice...
