"There were swimming lessons happening in the pool. The pool deck was falling apart and the hot tub was filthy. There were many doors and walls in need of repair/paint and our bath tub was patched in the centre but was weak and falling apart. Breakfast had disappointing processed eggs and a machine with instant coffee."

"At one point, I tried to enter the hot tub but it was much too hot for me even on the first step, but there was a staff member available in the pool area, although they weren't a lifeguard. I asked if she could make it a bit colder and she said yes and thanked me for letting her know. The breakfast was great as well! "Do no stay at this place. When we went into the room there was puss all over the toilet and puke in the tub! This was disgusting. The fridge froze all our food and the staff said “at least you got one that works”. This was absolutely unacceptable. Would NEVER EVER recommend this place."
