"Because of the high winds during our trip, we could not stay in the boat house. Kirby and Cassie reached out the morning of our arrival, telling us of the weather, and offering to put us up in the Hyatt hotel next door should we feel uncomfortable in the boat. "We LOVED this place! It was the perfect little getaway -- and the water view was amazing! The place was very clean and our host was in excellent communication with us. It was cozy, but we really appreciated being able to wake up every morning and drink coffee on the dock next to the water. "Wow! What an incredible property and house. We were a group of families with small kids, and it was heaven for them playing in the pool, on the dock, on the playground, and in the expansive yard. Lots of beautiful sunsets on the patio for the grown-ups too. We never had to leave. Can't recommend highly enough. "
