"Very disappointing stay. Two things: First, My husband has a hip issue and cannot get into a tub shower. I noticed on Expedia that there were "Accessible" rooms. I called the hotel before to confirm that "accessible" meant a walk-in shower and was told yes. I also asked if I booked one, was it guaranteed. Again, yes. So I booked a King Premium Suite, Accessible. I also noted the above in Special Requests and sent two messages to the hotel (with no response) attempting to confirm a...

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great. Things to note are that there is no restaurant on the premises or even close by, and the cell phone reception was quite poor. The setting is beautiful, though, so if you are there to just relax by the pool, you will be quite happy"

"The door into the building from the parking lot is always locked, which is great, because it cannot be seen from the front desk, but it is difficult to enter with the room key. The key is a typical credit card-like key, but the electronic reader was wonky. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. The cards worked well on the room doors but not on the entrance door. It was an inconvenience to walk around the building to get it the main entrance if the card did not work."
