"The hotel is clean. breakfast was complete and delicious. one feedback is only to provide coffee/tea faster. had to ask a couple of time as breakfast is almost over but cups hasn’t arrive. other than that food was amazing. hotel room was clean and maintained"

"The room was not actually clean. I found hair in the bathroom more than once that was not mine. The floor was dirty, towels were reused and the staff was not exactly friendly. They were giving suspicious stares, taking forever to acknowledge the guests and not helpful. The elevators in this hotel are terrible and the key "stopped working"..... Maybe they locked me out so they could finish cleaning the room. The cleaning staff were the only ones actually kind and helpful. Front desk not genuine....

"Quarto muito confortável e espaçoso"

"Hotel muito bonito, piscina ótima . Recomendo. Lounge com serviço de café da tarde , cocktails e canapés excelente ."

"The hotel could provide a map to visitors to assist orienting the property and the neighbourhood-the property was well kept, all staff were courteous. I would suggest the bed is great for those with a bad back as it was hard as a rock. The coffee is amazing!"

"O hotel é aqueles elefantes brancos, há 20 anos através devia ser algo maravilhoso, mas agora está antigo e fica bem vazio. Tudo muito antigo, aparência das coisas um pouco deterioradas, carpete velho, meio sujo, não recomendo pelo preço do hotel e o que se encontra na cidade pelo menos valor, então deixaria bem a desejar esse"

"The breakfast is excelent, lots of variety and tasty. Staff is helpfull and friendly. Amenities: No hairdryer Less towel"
