"Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes . Everywhere needed a...

"It was the most perfect time in Pamukkale at the Cotton House. The apartments are enormous and very well equipped, as well as new and well maintained. The hosts, Tufan and Elif, are very kind and helpful with everything. My family and I have had a wonderful stay there. It is convenient in terms of location and very comfortable. Highly recommended!"
