"Things were not great during my stay. The food was awful, and breakfast was particularly disappointing. My room was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, there was no staff available at checkout. On top of that, the invoice I was given was incorrect and did not reflect the amount that had already been paid through Expedia.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation."

"We stayed here for our anniversary, its a very impressive building, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was very nice, large bed, great big soft pillows, air con nice and cold. Only issue was the water pressure of the shower, if you wanted anything other than a cold shower the water pressure dropped so you were basically hugging the wall to get under the water. We did let the staff know this upon checkout.
We had drinks out on the terrace overlooking the golf course which was lovely...

"Had a great trip for our honeymoon. We were greeted at check in with a glass of complimentary prosecco and a card and message in the room which was very appreciated and helped to start our trip on the right note.
The rooms are spacious, Chromecast was very helpful on the TV and while some aspects are slightly dated the resort as a whole is very nice, with good pool facilities. The walk into Cromer was refreshing for us but some may find it a longer walk. Overall very happy with our stay."

"Very comfortable rooms, abundant free parking, nice toiletries and lovely staff. Location was also very convenient for visiting my family in Norwich's Golden Triangle.
The only small disappointment was that we weren't able to book in for breakfast on the Sunday due to the volume of guests and short staffing of the dining area, which meant we had to go out for breakfast. "
