"The houseboat wasn’t bad but the pictures were not accurate. The pictures appear to have been taken quite a while ado. We couldn’t figure out how to make the projector work. The boat leaned to one side and the patios were much smaller then we had understood. We enjoyed the location because we rented a car to let us enjoy the area around Amsterdam. This rental is more suited for younger renters because it is rather small and not handicapped accessible. The glass shower enclosure needed repair."

"This place was a perfect decompress from a week in Amsterdam. It's a bit of a walk into Aalsmeer so if you don't have a car I highly recommend renting a bike in town. The shop there is great and it's an easy ride to the Amsterdam Forest and there's a lovely route around the lake as well. It's not really a "houseboat", more like a house on the water as it is a permanent house not a "boat". It's quiet and the view is lovely. The back deck is a wonderful place to hang out.
