On a buffet I would expect eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and pancakes . . maybe it's a cultural thing. While clean and well maintained, I would change the name to Stark, very industrial and monochromatic. They have a guest laundry, coin operated but they cannot provide any change; they should consider tokens instead that could be charged to the room."
