"Needed a get away… not far but far enough. Great location with fantastic deck to enjoy great sunrises. Love Cedar key and this location if perfect."

"The property was not that difficult to find, although it is off a rather bumpy dirt road. But there's a gate to the property, and you really do feel like you're in your own private oasis. The cottage is small, but with two bedrooms, there's enough space to spread out if your party is small. Inside was very clean and comfortable. "This house was the perfect. It allowed us all to sleep comfortably and have our own space while cooling down and relaxing after a day at the beach. There was a washer and dryer that allowed us to bring only clean clothes back home! There was everything we needed and more. The city was absolutely adorable and the house was minutes from downtown. "We've been visiting Cedar Key once a year for 20 years now and I feel like we've stayed in half the houses on the island and most of the condos. But this little house is a favorite: comfortable, cute and quirky. It has that beautiful old-Florida look and feel, which we really appreciate, but enough modernization to still be comfortable for our family. Kids loved fishing off the dock, we all appreciated being able to launch our kayaks and getting to have the dogs there with us just made it all...

"This was a great stay in such a historic hotel. The property definitely shows its age, but everything is clean. The accommodations are comfortable. Unfortunately, the area was hit by hurricane Helene but is slowly coming back so the dining and shopping options at this time are limited, but what is there is wonderful and the people are so friendly. We had a great stay, a relaxing and enjoyable weekend."

"this is a very charming “old Florida” hotel that is 160 years old. It has withstood many hurricanes and weather issues over the years but remains a “grand old lady” in the heart of Cedar Key. The restaurant offers excellent dining choices for dinner only. I will definitely be staying there again in the future."

"Hotel Adorável Quarto grande, limpo, bem agradável e tinha duas camas bem confortáveis. Nosso quarto ficava de frente então tinha uma bela vista da cidade. Fomos muito bem atendidos na recepção e ganhamos um vale para bebida de álcool e pequeno jantar. O café também foi bem satisfatório. Ah, tem de tudo bem pertinho, muitas opções de comércio e comida. Recomendo!"

Clean and comfortable bed and accessories, quiet heater, clean and safe bathroom with essential safety railings for the elderly, recently renovated room, breakfast with healthy foods with natural oatmeal, natural orange and egg-based animal protein. The lady who organizes the breakfast (Ms. Emmy) is fantastic, hard-working, always smiling and attentive to everyone and at check-in, Ms. Madison, I must highlight the fast, efficient and attentive service to everyone who arrived and it really is a choice for the return to Gainsville,-FL. "The building is beautiful but overall the hotel needs urgently a huge renovation . Room very dated, carpets looking dirty and not smelling good. Breakfast average. Bed sheets and bath towels not good quality. For the price you can find a better hotel in the area. Not coming back again. "
