"Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper!
Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place.
Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

"O Villa O Soleil é um hotel simples de baixo custo, mas para quem busca conhecer Maurício sem gastar uma fortuna eu indico.
Esta muito perto de um shopping completo, mas quem vai para ilha busca tudo menos compras.
Fica em Gran Baie que é uma area ao norte do pais. Fácil acesso e sem frescuras"

"If you’re looking for simple, safe, self-service accommodations in the heart of Grand Baie, this is the place to go.
These rooms are fully equipped with all necessary amenities to prepare simple meals, but why would you when you are surrounded by dozens of great restaurants and food vendors. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, and a similar 5 minute walk the Super U hypermarket. A laundromat is very convenient in the same complex as the Super U.
The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh...
