"I own a condo on the island, but when we arrived the HVAC was not working….on a Friday night. It was too hot to stay there. I looked around the island and found this property. I was perfect because my son and his friend was with us, so it accommodated us. I booked it and arrived in 15 minutes. The front desk clerk was ready when I got there with keys. She was very helpful, explaining the property. I would recommend Sea Palms to anyone after this experience."

"The pullout sofa mattress in my room should be replaced due to cleanliness. also the mini fridge was horrific and barely kept anything cold. Along with the fact, you could hardly get anything in there. On the day, they were to clean my room and make bed. All they did was leave some fresh towels. They did not make the bed or replace my coffee. I had to call down to front desk. They finally brought it up to me and only brought me decaf coffee and 2 cups with no creamers or sugars. "Have stayed here numerous times because of location, spacious rooms, and, previously nice staff. Apparently a corporation from California bought them. Now check-in is solely online/or code. Heaven forbid you get there at 340pm. It's a hard check-in at 4pm. Otherwise you're charged $75. We had issues opening our door. Called the number, voicemail full. Finally figured out you have to punch in code and within 2 seconds twist deadbolt opposite to arrow while pulling door handle toward you....
