"The room was nicely appointed and the bed was fantastic! It was so comfortable! When you first arrive you are go through a cozy, inviting round outdoor fireplace seating area that was great to sit by and enjoy some of their delicious food and beverages. As a bit of an odd note, the soap products they use are outstanding! It is a BC company called Rocky Mountain Soap and it smelled phenomenal! It was called Lemongrass Everything Wash. They sell it at the front desk. I can't recommend this place...

"We recently stayed at this hotel and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were fairly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Unfortunately, there were a couple of downsides. The water pressure was very poor, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. More concerning, however, was our interaction with the hotel’s operations manager. We had guests over for a bit to enjoy dinner in our room. "Could use a deeper clean, lots of marks on the walls, baseboards were filthy and the ensuite sink didnt drain. All hand soap pumps had the wring type of soap refilled, so you couldnt pump them and had to unscrew the tops to pour soap onto your hands. Overall, it all needed more attentuon to detail to make it feel more inviting."

"We had an amazing time at the hotel. The whole loft idea is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. We used pretty much all the amenities: pool, hot tub, games room, EV charger, even the ice machine. Zero issues. They all worked pretty well. The highlight of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff is, from check-in to check-out. Thanks for the amazing experience!"
