"We had an amazing time and hope to be back one day. The cabin is lovely, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into it. Everything you need is there - just bring your clothes and food. We loved the wood heated hot tub, lazy mornings on the deck, and exploring the river. Highly recommend!"

We managed to host a retreat for two nights and all of our guests had an amazing time staying at Michael and Jodi’s home in Beaver Mines. Highly recommend for anyone either hosting an event or just a gateway for the weekend. Would consider coming back again! "

"The host wanted to change our dates 5 weeks before our PAID FOR AND BOOKED reservation because of a family wedding.. MAJOR ISSUE we had to shorten our stay as nothing else was available in the area The area we had is on the lower floor with stairs leading to a private residence There really is NO functional kitchen, bar sink, frying pans old and beat up, not enough pots, knives were dull with NO HANDLE on some of them. Table seats 6 tight but only 4 chairs and this rental property can sleep...

"Stayed here before and had a great experience. This time our room AC didn't work, the tap in the bathroom was only hot water and the shower water temperature kept changing. The shower water temp was either cold or scorching hot. Obviously interference from something. Breakfast buffet was typical scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon and hash browns. Didn't make it to the pool or hot tub. Paid way too much to just sleep in a somewhat hot room."

"The rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Price is reasonable for the rooms. Will definitely check in again here in the future."

"The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the property is not reflect to the Best Western hotel standard in my option. It needs some upgrades of this facility. The breakfast is okay not meet my expectation for the rate being charged. The overall experience is good."
