"Staff were proud locals. Room was clean but I found the mattress sloped and the air conditioner noisy with a fan that would blow on, then off, constantly. Hotel had good amenities with free washer and dryer for guests and various coffees from a machine on the ground floor. They provided a free cold bagged breakfast. Unfortunately there was no elevator. Right next to a Boston Pizza, and there is a lounge at the hotel with pub type food."

"Ok, 24 hr coffee. My room was clean, everything worked, breakfast was ok but I usually left before it came out. 24hr coffee. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working - I was initially disappointed but the symposium I attended didn’t really give me the time to use one anyway. 24hr coffee. Pincher Creek isn’t that big so al the local shopping and dining options were not that far away. Just watch for the deer at dawn and dusk. Lots to do in the Pincher Creek area. It is a gem. "The room was very clean, quiet, and comfy. The air conditioning units worked very well and the rooms had really good blinds so that it got dark enough to sleep. The water pressure was great for showering. I only stayed one night but I slept really well here and would stay again! The location is walking distance from everything you need."

"Great place to stop on the way to Calgary. Rooms need a little TLC but are very clean. Bed was comfortable and check in was quick. Will definitely stay here again."

"Clean, quiet room, bathroom clean, provided a breakfast, lots of parking, close to amenities. Bed comfortable Didn’t like the deep bathtub to climb in and out of but at least had a handrail inside. Price was a little more than expected for mid week stay"

"The room had some age to it for sure (peeling paint on the wall), but the food was great, the beds were pretty comfy, and the hot tub was great!"

"Ann was a wonderful host. We were made feel welcome and we were very comfortable in our room. The room was at a high standard. In the morning Ann made us an amazing breakfast and gave a a gift when we left. I highly recommend staying here."

"The water was very hot (I steeped tea!), the water pressure was good and the towels were clean. If you think of it as a quirky self-serve room, with no assistance, allow 15 min to 3 hours to check in, bring your own toilet paper and cleaning supplies, it’s totally fine. Some nice bakeries etc. in walking distance. I would love to see the staff there get about 800% more support: training, processes, more staff, clearer communication and role definition, and probably better pay."
