"The room was in an OK condition, not really 4 star rating the TV didn't work in the bedroom. Some of the staff in the reception area were rude and didn't have much local knowledge. There were a couple of weddings/functions at the hotel and was very noisy, the loud music was on till 11pm, which finally stopped after many calls to the reception area. Also, after paying the hotel for the week's stay upon my return to the UK, additional money was taken from my account without my knowledge!"

"The hotel facilities are good, place is clean and safe. I had a really bad experience mainly with front desk people both in checkin and checkout. When I arrived, after a long flight the men in front desk made a lot of difficulties to release the room because I had no visa. The situation is, that I do not need a visa due the type of passport I have. I showed the Indian embassy webpage, but they were not able to understand and cooperate. "Old property and being next to bus and train station, very busy traffic. If you are traveling by bus or train it’s ok. "

"Property is located in a convenient locality. But property has created a Brewing hub but its not properly equipped with the Electric kettle.. its not cleaned and difficult to use. A suggestion would be to place an induction stove and vessel to heat water and milk. There could be small sealed milk packets to be used with hot coffee and tea. These won't cost much but can be done to make this better."

"This as a duplex, and the size of the lounge was large so it was great. Kitchen had no utensils at all, so luckily we borrowed from family we were visiting. Rooms were good, but the smaller twin room’s bathroom smelled of you left the fan on, otherwise it was ok. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Worth the stay spacious especially as there was 3 of us with 4 suitcases, 3 carry on’s plus hand luggage. "
