"Clean room and polite staff. The spa was sup"

"A gentileza dos funcionários, em especial ao Mrs do café da manhã e ao Barman Jack, ao prato Fish and Chip e todos as demais coisas vividas pela minha família neste incrível lugar. I LOVE THE LYGON ARMS - VOLTAREMOS!!! DEUS ABENÇÔES A NÓS TODOS!"

"Nice hotel, rooms are big for English standards and very close to supermarket, shops, etc. Parking is not free but was charged only 5GBP for day, so that was ok. The only downside was that we were traveling with a lot of bags and they do not have an elevator, anyway, they have only 2 floors so we had to go only one flour up. Overall nice stay with no issues."

"No working heating or hot water during my stay in the room"

"Breakfast was good. Room was good and bathroom excellent."

"On arrival, we didnt realise there was an older wing and a newer wing. We were in the older wing and the lifts do not go up to the 2nd floor in the older part of the hotel where our room was located and so we had to carry our luggage upstairs to our rooms. "Dumbleton Hall has undergone a huge multi-million pound refurbishment, and it shows. The finish combines beautiful finishes, sumptuous fabrics and age-worn character features which have been tastefully restored. "Ficamos hospedados no apartamento familia, com 2 quartos e até uma mini cozinha. Muito confortável para nós 5. Bom café da manhã. Funcionários prestativos. Boa limpeza. Sem queixas."

"Lovely old property . Nicely decorated. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately my bathroom needed refurbishing the bath was chipped and bath taps loose and parts missing. The window frame was rusty and needed painting. A shame because room decor was pleasant."

"An absolute gem! A wonderful authentic pub offering such comfortable and friendly accommodation. The restaurant food is delicious and the full English breakfast is the best I can remember. The village is delightful.. and we were lucky enough to stay a Thursday when there is music, and we also had the best Mortis dancing! Such a memorable stay! Thank you"

"Room was lovely and clean and we had a modern bathroom. Staff were very friendly, food was excellent and service was great. Parking was easy and cheap (6 pounds I think) and the property is gorgeous. We had a room upstairs which was fantastic, our friends had one down the corridor which was different and not as nice. The only thing was the bed - it was extremely hard and impacted our ability to sleep well. If there was a topper or a different mattress I would stay again in a pinch, or just stay...
