"Room was relatively clean, found some dog hairs on the chair. The pillows need to be replaced, really uncomfortable .Lots of light coming through both windows. Made it hard to sleep. Early morning car engine noise was super annoying. Breakfast was not good. Scrambled eggs had been out for a long time or overcooked. Ham was also dry. "

"I called at least 4 times to get a room rate for 10 rooms. The frontdesk said she would check with the manager and call back. Four times she never did so you lost the bookings. These bookings were attached to a venue in Sudbury that used to reccomend your hotel. They no longer do. The room was filthy with head oil stains on the headboard and the carpet smelled like dirty feet. The bed blanket was all freyed a nd looked like it was a king cut in half. The room chair had a huge stain on it as did...

"It appears the housekeeping staff did not leave any face cloths. The bath towel appears a little tired as well. "

"Clean, tidy rooms. Property was recently renovated and has been well cared for. Staff is very attentive and breakfast was fresh, plentiful and area was clean. Bed was comfortable and on the side of firm. "
