"It was quiet and check-in was easy. Cleanliness was an issue: there was mold and dirt on the seam of the shower curtain; the washcloth was grey; there weren’t enough towels. Beds were well made, the floor was clean and it had been dusted. At breakfast the waffle mix was leaking and near empty and the garbage can was overflowing. We just stayed for one night, arriving late and leaving early on a long trip across Canada. This stay was not bad but could have been better."

"The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer."
