"Equipe nada acolhedora, pedi informações para me deslocar de madrugada do hotel até o aeroporto e ao invés de me explicarem as opções simplesmente disseram, chame um táxi. Quando solicitei que a recepção chama-se um táxi para mim, foi me cobrado o exorbitante valor se 41 libras por uma corrida de 5 min. Não recomendo ficar aqui para quem precisa estar no aeroporto antes das 05 da manhã."

"This is a self service "hotel". It is actually a house that has been repurposed into a "hotel" and seems to be in a residential neighborhood.
