O quarto é super limpo e agradável, o único problema no dia q fiquei eles estavam com o aquecedor com problemas e não funcionava 100%, por isso o quarto esta muito muito frio. "Firstly, the staff were lovely. I was travelling with my disabled mum and noted when booking we would need a ground floor room. We booked a "suite" with a bed for two and a bed for one so that we would have enough space to manoeuvre. Unfortunately we hadn't been given a room on the ground floor but this was quickly rectified. The room was clean and tidy. The mattresses were extremely hard. There were disability modifications for the toilet which worked well, but there wasn't anything for the...

"Was a cheap room and did the job. The pillows were extremely thin though which made it super hard to actually get comfortable. These really need replacing. It's not even a case of soft or hard. they're just empty! Lot of dust around including on the bed so guessing something dirty was put on there after it was cleaned. Whole place could do with bit of a deep clean but for the price we paid we really can't complain much"

Room was a little small but well appointed, with tea making facilities, iron and ironing board, heater/ fan and hair drier.
