I know this is due to Health and Safety but if hot weather persists they will need more ventilation. Also we had to move furniture to be able to unplug lamps etc to use hairdryer and kettle. I went to the dining area at 8pm only to be told that the kitchen had closed for the evening so I was unable to get anything to eat that evening although I was offered crisps. "We stayed at the beach house in a room with an outdoor tub. Not worth the extra as it’s so big it would take all day to fill ! Also no real view as only looks out onto woodland 🙁 Bed v comfy and bathroom roomy and lovely towels . It’s a 3/4 min walk to the main house for breakfast( plentiful) and dinner (expensive). "Very clean free tv plus Netflix Bill was available by phone plenty of tea coffee etc shower gel towels location 10 minutes walk to town centre Bill provided us with parking permits for our stay. The only down side being in our 70 s which we should have realised when we booked was we were in the attic bedroom lots of stairs Thanks for a lovely stay Bill"

All the rest such as furniture, carpets, walls and doors painting in the corridors and inside the room are very damaged by time and lack of maintenance. "We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings"
