"Thank you to the whole team for our stay! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the mansion, and it’s superb and well kept facilities. We couldn’t have really asked for a better place to celebrate. I’d recommend the stay to anyone!"

"Great staff, friendly and very well informed Room was great, restaurant was excellent, bar was fantastic."

"Location..it has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. ( need a car) Rooms are very comfortable, tea /kettle etc. Stairs are a little steep. staff are lovely ,had a very pleasant stay. We arrived Saturday lunch time, they had a party of 40 in, but fitted us in and it was delicious! staff attentive and it arrived quickly so all good, so I am very sad ( and surprised ) to say breakfast was poor ! we didn't opt for the buffet and cooked ,rather just the cooked, it took ages to appear...

"I’ve stayed here multiple times. This stay might be my favorite. The staff is incredible. Management deserves accolades!"

"Had a great stay. Staff were wonderful. Meals in the restaurant were the best I’ve had out for a long time. I’d travel the hour just for the food. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. It would have been flawless if there was an 2nd pillow and the door from the stairs entry didn’t bang so loundly when people walked through. Both an easy fix. Would definitely recommend"

"Lovely cosy accommodation but not in the inn itself. Well equipped but was cold on arrival, had to turn radiators on. Comfy bed and in a stunning location. Lovely pub with open fire."

"Nice room, comfortable bed, nice kitchen which had everything you needed, quiet neighborhood, looks are deceiving as it looks run down but everyone appeared friendly"

"As a family we were exploring the area and this was a great location very close to the train and a grocery store. Walking distance to many areas. Owner was very helpful to us."

"What a great place this is! The cottage is really cosy and well laid out. Trawden is gorgeous, and the community shop is well worth a visit or two. Alex is an excellent host. Highly, highly recommended."
