"Lovely big clean room bar the smell of fresh paint as you walked in and the bathroom door sticking. All the staff were lovely though and plenty of parking spaces plus a a good choice of hot and cold food at breakfast. Lots of other eateries if you so wished within a 2 to 5 minute radius too and the Aston Moss tram stop which will get you to Co-op Live Arena / The Etihad stadium and beyond about a 10 minite walk away."

"Excelent hotel, the only problem is that is far from metro (30 min walk), but you can get a bus (2,5 pounds for a 5 minutes ride) that leaves you very near."

The location for all amenities, the staff for their help in making our stay wonderful. The hotel itself, including the rooms, are to the highest standard and cleanliness. "Our guests arrived after a 5 hour journey and they called the two contact numbers, one mobile was disconnected and the other rang out, the two email addresses also did not get any answers. The actual address is a new housing estate still closed off as a building site so we believe this property is a scam. If you look at the pictures there is no outside photos of the building and the two bathroom photos show different decoration and the toilet and sink are in different positions. Now we need to...

"Check in was easy and the cottage clean and warm on arrival. It is small, but was perfect for 2 of us with everything we needed for 2 nights. Shower was hot and powerful. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on but not a problem. There is a public footpath that runs past the front door but we only saw one person all weekend. We did spot a deer through the kitchen window which was lovely to see. We did some lovely walks from the cottage. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or stay again. Thank you"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit, cereals, and a hot cooked breakfast. The only negative, we had to pay for parking, we booked on Expedia and it was advertised as parking available, no mention of having to pay. We will use this hotel again but will book directly through the hotel website. ( cheaper too )"
