"My room floor creacks, as well as the neigbors rooms."

"Arrived and all but one of the self check-in kiosks were out of order. Waited and used it, only for it to freeze. A member of staff then assisted from his laptop but insisted we needed to pay for the room, even though it had been paid for in advance. He remained insistent, even after being shown the receipt. I refused to pay again and asked him to double check. He reluctantly did so and discovered it had been paid. No apology offered and he checked us in. This took far too long. The room was...

"Propriedade linda, quartos e estrutura simples e antiquada"

"Everything was just as described in the photos and description. The host was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the room clean, the shower fantastic. It's as close to the University of Warwick as you can get. Rideshare was no problem, bus was a few minutes of a walk away. We highly recommend."

"Fomos bem atendidos, bom quarto, limpo, confortável, estacionamento fácil, café da manhã muito bom. O problema, que é comum na Europa, as acomodações não são preparadas para o verão. Passamos muito calor e o sono fica comprometido, infelizmente."

"Coombe Abbey is a beautiful property, with its historic charm carefully preserved. The building and surroundings create a lovely and unique atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only point down is that there's no AC in the room, so it can be a little hot in the summer."

"Awful condition has mould couldn’t stay there had bad skin reaction. Hotel was contacted by Expedia and ignored. I need the £87 refund and Expedia and this hotel are not assisting in the refund."

"Hotel bastante silencioso e agradavel. Tudo funcionando e equipe bastante atenciosa. Café da manhã é fraco. Localização é muito boa."
