"In Kodiak for work. Needed to extend. Kathy was awesome. Since checking out I stayed at 2 other VRBO that charged more and offered much less. great place to stay, quiet and great location. This will be my go-to spot in Kodiak in the future.."

"The property was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. Very clean home with all kinds of unique character inside the house. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for gathering together and also enough room that we never felt cramped. The ocean view was stunning and the sound of the waves crashing against the the rocks all day and night, was like having a built in lullaby. I would highly recommend this for larger groups. "

"Amazing waterfront location! Very clean space with all needed amenities. We loved going down to the beach every morning to search for sea glass. The trampoline was a fun way to get some extra energy out. The porch is covered, which allowed us to dine al fresco even in the rain. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, and would stay again if we went back to Kodiak."

"Loved this beautiful home! An open layout and tasteful decorations made this stay very enjoyable. The cozy leather chair was a favorite to relax in and the king size bed was quite comfortable. We found everything we needed there for our week long stay in this clean house. Location was perfect, right off the main road! Just a few minutes from town and Walmart in one direction, and mere seconds away from Ft. Abercrombie Park in the other. Hosts were super fast in communication and a breeze to...

"Close to downtown, right on the channel, beautiful views, essentials many other home owners won’t provide to out-of-town/state renters such as sugar, paper towels, napkins… even grains, homemade jam and packets of oatmeal. Very comfortable home, quiet neighborhood with frequent passes by seals and sea otters. Loved it and would highly recommend. "
