"The heated adult pool is great after a day of activities around the hotel. However, there isn’t hot water in the changing room."

"The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights."

"Genting is afterall Genting. It was fun and pleasant. The housekeeping staff is friendly and i enjoyed their kind attention. The hotel can do with providing better amenities for a resort though. There was nothin more than 2 small complimentary water bottles and coffee packets, for that price range, it does not yet compare with the same at Macau's 4 star and 5 stars. Nonetheless, Thank you for the memories."

"The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay.
