"Booked a family room for 3 adults plus a kid. So essentially they had 4 single beds made to look like 2 queens, all lined up side-by-side. In effect 4 people are sleeping together in one gigantic bed. And there was no space to even split the beds much less to walk without tripping. TV reception was terrible as the images were blurred and we can barely get any decent audio through the static. Further, the walls must be porous as we can easily hear people walking and talking outside, and they...

"we stayed there because it is very near the jetty for our trip to the sky mirror ( 5 mins. walk) It is clean, restaurants and convenience stores are around the area. Also across the road from Bukit Malawati which we visited. Don't expect extra comfort and luxury for the price, but clean safe and convenience. And the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Please note that It has no elevator/lift for those who cannot climb stairs."

"I have asked for a non-smoking room. Unfortunately I was given a smoking room since there is an ashtray in the room. What's more the room smells bad. I am or very sure someone or the previous guest has smoke in the room before our check-in"

"Berjaya Hills Golf & Country Club is a very good hotel up in the highlands, surrounded by a serene and peaceful jungle. Hotel staff were polite and helpful from the moment we entered the hotel. Room is spacious and super clean, with good shower pressure and heat. Airconditioning is very good and cleaniliness is very good. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berjaya Hills!"

"Basic but nicely put together. Condition of fittings and room are good and clean. Easy to park right in front of hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants and town centre which are all nearby. "
