"The hotel is really beautiful! Full of trees, flowers, green... The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. If I return to Bali, I would probably not stay in Sanur, because the beach isn't so nice... But if I stay in Sanur again, I'll probably stay in Bali Hyatt."

"A estadia no Bali dynasty resort foi muito boa. O resort tem uma boa estrutura, apesar de não ser muito novo. Meu filho adorou o parque aquático e o kids club. Ele é uma boa opção para famílias. O resort tem uma boa localização, fica perto de restaurantes e Shoppings. O quarto é bom, mas encontrei 2 baratinhas no banheiro. Acho que precisam fazer dedetização. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente! Sempre muito simpáticos."

"We loved staying at Andaz and hope to come back again someday. Breakfast was incredible. Kids loved kids club. The grounds and accommodation were stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location in Sanur and close to shops, restaurants, cafe and spas. We had a really relaxing and luxurious break. "

"Plenty amenities , plenty of space , Close to the beach and plenty of Choices for restaurants , the staff in the whole property were outstanding . Rapid responses to questions , a great place to spend your relaxing time. The bathroom looks a little bit old like it needs so maintenance but the rest of the room was great plenty of space."

"The Hotel is very nice and staff very friendly. location wise is very well located in the kuta area, just 1 block from the beach and several restaurant and shops in the area. The Check in process was ver slow, we arrived at 13:30 and the room wasn't ready [Check in was at 14:00] we wait, by 14:15 we ask again and they gave us the room, at the time there was no one to help with the bags. Overal experience is good, the only thing to improve was the speed to the service."
